Ben's Garden is a specialty designer and retail store whose designs are handcrafted using traditional artisan techniques. The owner Ben Busko has Asperger's Syndrome which makes him think more creatively than emotionally. Ben has high standards which is causing employee turnover and he is also doing too many jobs within the company.
